Row_Haastrup's Job Testimony After Fasting During Pandemic

Row_Haastrup, a Nigerian man, recounted his experience of landing a new job during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, which he shared on X on 28 October 2026. After resigning from his job without another position secured, he committed to a three-day fast, seeking guidance from the biblical book of Esther.

On the third day, he focused on Esther chapter six, praying fervently. Upon completing his prayers, he received three job offers.

After further spiritual direction, he accepted one offer and began the role shortly thereafter. A month into his new job, his Managing Director called him in to reveal that he had not been the original choice for the position; another candidate had been selected, and an offer letter was prepared to be sent out the next morning.

The MD had a spiritual experience that led him to redirect the offer to Row_Haastrup instead, surprising the HR director when instructed to do so.
