MAN and Zobis Cable Collaborate to Boost South-East Manufacturing

The Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) and Zobis Cable Ltd have pledged to enhance manufacturing in the South-East region. This commitment was highlighted during a strategic visit led by Ada Chukwudozi, the Chairman of MAN Anambra, to Zobis Cable's facilities in Anambra State.

The visit included discussions on opportunities to strengthen the industrial capacity of the region. John Ezeobi, Chairman of Zobis Cable Ltd, emphasized the importance of aligning stakeholders to advance manufacturing and promote sustainable industrial development across the South-East.

This initiative comes amid increasing interest from key stakeholders in the region's industrial base, with notable attention from academic leaders, including the Vice Chancellor of Alex Ekwueme Federal University, who visited the facilities to underscore the importance of collaboration between academia and industry. The engagement aims to drive innovation and strengthen the value chain, positioning the South-East as a major industrial hub.
