Enugu Governor Mbah Urges APC Unity Ahead of Elections

Dr. Peter Mbah, the Governor of Enugu State, called on voters, particularly supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC), to vote for the party's candidates across all positions in the upcoming local government elections and the 2027 general election. Speaking at an APC rally in Amagunze, Nkanu East Local Government Area, on Thursday, Mbah warned against splitting votes between APC and candidates from other parties, insisting on a unified vote for APC.

He encouraged supporters to participate actively in the elections, citing the positive impact of the APC-led administration and the federal government's support under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Mbah emphasized the importance of addressing rural community needs and improving infrastructure, including roads and healthcare facilities.

Hon. Sydney Okechukwu Edeh, Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria and Council Chairman of Nkanu East, welcomed Mbah and pledged continued support for the APC and the governor's administration.
