Mbappe Leads Real Madrid to 4-1 Victory Over Sevilla

Kylian Mbappe scored twice as Real Madrid secured a 4-1 victory over Sevilla, maintaining their position six points behind La Liga leaders Barcelona ahead of the upcoming El Clasico. Arda Guler initiated the scoring in the 30th minute with a remarkable strike.

Mbappe then extended Real Madrid's lead in the 37th minute, skillfully rounding Sevilla goalkeeper Odysseas Vlachodimos before slotting the ball into the net. Sevilla attempted to respond in the second half, with Felix Correia's volley narrowly missing the target.

Real Madrid solidified their advantage when Mbappe was fouled in the penalty area, converting the resulting penalty kick to record his 11th goal of the season. Sevilla managed a consolation goal through Manu Bueno, who scored with a well-placed shot into the bottom corner.

Despite this, Real Madrid maintained control of the match, securing all three points and setting the stage for their next La Liga fixture against Barcelona on 25 October.
