The LSSTF, established in 2007, has been crucial in bridging the funding gap for security initiatives, especially as urban security costs continue to escalate. Mike Adenuga, known for his discretion in philanthropy, has previously committed substantial resources to various causes, including flood relief efforts in Bayelsa and a scholarship fund.
