Mikel Obi Urges NFF Board Sacking If Super Eagles Miss 2026 World Cup

Super Eagles legend, John Mikel Obi, has called for the sacking of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) board if the country fails to qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Mikel expressed dissatisfaction with the leadership following the team's draw against Ghana.

He emphasized the importance of winning the upcoming matches to secure qualification. The NFF is currently led by Ibrahim Gusau, who was elected as President in September 2022.
