Mólly Ephraim Academy Celebrates 10 Years of Impact

Mólly Ephraim Academy, founded by Nigerian entrepreneur Mólly Ephraim, has been dedicated to empowering Africa's next generation of entrepreneurs for ten years. Launched in March 2016, its flagship initiative, Project 1000, offers an online entrepreneurship training program targeting young people in various African countries, including Nigeria, Ghana, Benin Republic, and Togo.

To date, Project 1000 has trained thousands of young individuals, many of whom have successfully launched and run their own businesses. In addition to this program, the academy will launch an annual Global Entrepreneurship Week outreach in secondary schools in 2024, focusing on teenagers and providing practical training and mentorship to spark entrepreneurial thinking at an early age.

Mólly Ephraim has also published a book aimed at inspiring teenage entrepreneurs, which captures her experiences and is distributed for free during outreach programs. The academy's long-term commitment is to address unemployment and poverty through entrepreneurship education, advocating for its inclusion in secondary and tertiary curricula across Africa.
