Mohbad's Father Seeks Prosecution of Daughter-in-law Over Son's Death

Joseph Aloba, the father of late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, known as Mohbad, is demanding the prosecution of his daughter-in-law, Omowunmi Aloba, and others implicated in the death of his son. Aloba's lawyer, Wahab Shittu SAN, urged the Lagos State government to take legal action against those involved in the circumstances leading to Mohbad's demise.

The Coroner Inquest found an auxiliary nurse, Feyisayo Ogedengbe, guilty of administering an injection to Mohbad unlawfully, resulting in medical misadventure. The family is seeking justice for the negligence that allegedly contributed to Mohbad's death, emphasizing the need for accountability and legal consequences.
