Monguno Alleges Funds Withheld by Cabal in Buhari's Presidency

He revealed challenges faced in accessing funds for intelligence operations and security equipment, citing interference from individuals like Abba Kyari and Mamman Daura. The book sheds light on internal power struggles and alleged corruption within the presidency.
