Muslim Cleric Shades K1 Over ValueJet Crisis, Compares It to Ganusi Saga: “Drop Your Arrogance”

Nigerian Muslim cleric criticized popular singer K1 De Ultimate for his involvement in the ValueJet crisis, comparing it to a previous incident involving Ganusi. The cleric accused K1 of arrogance and advised him to change his ways.

K1 had allegedly caused a commotion on a flight by refusing to deboard after splashing liquid from a flask on the pilot and crew. The cleric's comments came after K1 had criticized Islamic clerics during his mother's burial.

The singer's actions on the plane were seen as disrespectful and the cleric urged him to show humility. The Minister of Aviation had previously warned that any musician involved in such incidents would face a ban from flying.

K1 reportedly resisted aviation security when they tried to remove him from the flight.
