NABTEB Reviews Syllabuses for 26 Trades in Technical Colleges for TVET Enhancement

NABTEB has initiated the review and validation of syllabuses for 26 trade areas in technical colleges to enhance Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) in Nigeria. The exercise, which began in Abuja, involves input from education regulators, industry stakeholders, and curriculum experts.

NABTEB Registrar Mohammed Aminu Mohammed highlighted the importance of the review in aligning technical education with global standards and meeting domestic manpower needs. The comprehensive validation process covers both traditional vocations and emerging technologies to ensure technical graduates can compete globally.
