NAHCO Reports 22% Profit Growth to N10.85 Billion in H1 2026

The Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO) Plc achieved a 22% growth in profit for the first half of 2026, totaling N10.85 billion, compared to N8.88 billion in the same period of 2025. The company's six-month report, covering the period ending June 30, 2026, revealed gross revenue increased to N35.36 billion from N32.33 billion year-on-year.

Operating profit rose by 25.4% to N14.593 billion, while profit before tax improved by 21.8% to N14.37 billion. The adjusted basic earnings per share increased from N4.55 to N4.87.

Shareholders approved a combined dividend of cash and bonus shares at the annual general meeting in May, with cash dividends rising to N12.18 billion for the 2025 business year. Each shareholder received a dividend per share of N6.25, up from N5.94 the previous year, along with one bonus share for every seven shares held.

Dr Seinde Fadeni, Chairman of NAHCO, emphasized the company's resilience and ongoing investments in critical assets.
