NAHCO PLC Announces N12.2bn Dividend and Bonus Shares

The Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO) PLC has announced a combined dividend payment of N12.2 billion and 278.44 million bonus shares for its shareholders, demonstrating its impressive financial trajectory. The board of directors has recommended an increase in cash dividend to N12.18 billion for the 2025 business year, up from N11.58 billion in 2024.

Shareholders will receive N6.25 per share compared to N5.94 the previous year. The bonus shares will be issued at 50 kobo for every seven ordinary shares held, increasing total shares for shareholders by 14.3%.

The qualification date for the cash and scrip dividend is set for May 1, 2026, with cash dividends credited to accounts by May 15, 2026. NAHCO's net profit rose by 40% to N24.256 billion in 2025, with total revenue increasing by 21.8% to N65.21 billion.
