Nigerian Naira Depreciates Against Dollar at Official Window

The Nigerian Naira depreciated by N4.33 against the US Dollar at the official window, according to data from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). The Naira closed at N475.35 to $1, representing a loss compared to the previous day's rate of N471.02 to $1.

It also lost value against the British Pound, trading at N2.015 to £1 compared to the previous day's rate of N2.010 to £1. However, the Naira remained unchanged against the Canadian Dollar and gained slightly against the Euro.
