NASCON Allied Industries AGM 2025: ₦6 Dividend Approved

NASCON Allied Industries Plc announced the outcome of its Annual General Meeting held virtually on Monday, 27 April 2026, streamed live via the Dangote Group YouTube channel. Members approved a dividend of ₦6.00 per share, subject to withholding tax, in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
Three new directors were approved: Mrs. Ifeyinwa Ighodalo, Mr. Mahmud Tukur, and Mrs. Tonya Lawani. Additionally, three existing directors who retired by rotation — Mr. Olakunle Alake, Mrs. Fatima Wali-Abdurrahman, and Mr. Abdu Dantata — were re-elected to the board.
The AGM approved independent directors' fees of ₦5,000,000 per annum for the Chairman and ₦4,000,000 per annum for each director, effective for the year ending 31 December 2026. The Board of Directors was authorised to fix the remuneration of the Independent Auditors.
Shareholder representatives elected to the Statutory Audit Committee are Dr. Okey Nwuke, Dr. Umar Farouk, and Mr. Moses Igbrude, who will serve alongside two board representatives until the next AGM. Members also approved a general mandate for the board to enter related party transactions on a normal commercial and arms' length basis.
