NASD Plc Lists Jilna Nigeria's N3bn Commercial Paper for Market Leadership

NASD Plc has officially listed Jilna Nigeria Limited's N3 billion Series 1 Commercial Paper, marking the debut issuance under the company's N10 billion Commercial Paper program. Jilna Nigeria Limited, a leading indigenous producer of edible vegetable oil, was founded in 1992 and has shown strong financial performance with significant revenue growth.

The Commercial Paper offer, open from August 27 to September 4, 2025, aims to raise funds at a competitive 25% yield per annum to support Jilna's short-term working capital requirements and strengthen its market leadership in Nigeria.
