Naval Dockyard's Free Medical Outreach Brings Relief to Iru Community in Lagos

Naval Dockyard Limited, in collaboration with the Nigerian Navy, conducted a free medical outreach in Iru Community, Lagos, offering residents a range of healthcare services at no cost. The initiative, held at the palace of Oniru of Iru Land, featured medical consultations, dental and eye checks, blood pressure and sugar tests, malaria and HIV screenings.

Rear Admiral Ibrahim Shehu highlighted the program's aim to ease economic challenges and provide healthcare to those facing barriers. Commodore Igbani Agwu emphasized the Navy's commitment to supporting communities.

The outreach aimed to address healthcare access issues due to economic and social constraints.
