Nigerian Navy Reshuffles 65 Rear Admirals in Major Redeployment

The Nigerian Navy has undergone a significant reshuffle of 65 Rear Admirals approved by the Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Awwal Gambo. The redeployment, involving key figures across the Nigerian Navy, Defence Headquarters, and Naval Headquarters, is part of efforts to enhance operational efficiency and maritime security.

The announcement was made in a statement issued in Abuja by Director of Naval Information, Commodore Ayiwuyor Adam Aliu. The changes include new appointments and reassignments to various commands and institutions within the Nigerian Navy.
