NBA Africa Awards Five Startups at Accelerator Demo Day

NBA Africa revealed the five prize-winning startups at its second Accelerator Demo Day, including Fitclan from Morocco, Athlon Technologies and Atsur from Egypt, and Songdi from Nigeria. These startups will receive financial support and the chance to join Carnegie Mellon University Africa's 12-month business incubation program.

The top three companies were awarded $25,000 in cash, with additional support from partners like OpenAI, ServiceNow, and ALX Ventures. The Demo Day, held in Kigali, Rwanda, featured a panel of international industry leaders judging the startups' pitches.

NBA Africa aims to support early-stage African startups and help them transform their concepts into scalable market-ready products or services.
