The report from Seren Royal Hospital in Abuja revealed the presence of dangerous levels of substances like marijuana, cocaine, morphine, opiates, and alcohol.

Despite the hospital distancing itself from the leaked report, Nwoko's media team insists on its authenticity. The document suggests that Regina Daniels started a detox program in September 2025 due to the severity of the substance abuse issue.
