Nigeria Economic Society Seeks Inclusive Growth, Honors Shettima and Masha

The Nigeria Economic Society (NES) called for inclusive economic growth and announced plans to honor Vice President Kashim Shettima and Dr. Iyabo Masha with the 2025 Distinguished Fellow Award.

NES emphasized the importance of collaboration among stakeholders to achieve economic development. The society highlighted the need for discussions on rethinking development strategies, focusing on areas like regional integration, innovation, and human capital development.

The awards will be presented at the 66th Annual Conference in Abuja, with prominent figures like the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria and CEO of Financial Derivatives also being honored.
