New Housing Initiative to Drive Economic Growth in Southeast Nigeria

A new housing initiative in Southeast Nigeria, led by a consortium agreement involving Igboebini and Hand of God Construction Company, plans to construct 100,000 housing units in Enugu, Imo, Abia, Ebonyi, Anambra, and Asaba, Delta State over the next decade. The initiative aims to bridge the housing deficit, boost economic growth, and create investment opportunities while promoting industrialization and providing adequate housing for all.

The project envisions developing smart cities meeting international standards to foster trade, commerce, and education. Chinedu Nsoffor of Igboebini and David Nwachukwu of Hand of God Construction express confidence in the project's potential to generate wealth and eliminate unemployment and poverty in the region.
