Neymar Out, Endrick Returns to Brazil Squad for Friendlies

Brazil's national football team will be without star player Neymar, who is not 100% fit due to a serious knee injury sustained while playing for his club. Coach Carlo Ancelotti announced that Neymar will miss two friendlies scheduled for later this month, specifically against France on March 27 in Boston and Croatia four days later in Orlando.

Neymar, aged 34, has not played for Brazil since October 2023. The team is gearing up for their World Cup campaign, aiming for a sixth title, with their first match against Morocco on June 13 in New Jersey.

Ancelotti also confirmed the return of 19-year-old Endrick to the squad, who has impressed with his performances since joining Lyon on loan from Real Madrid. The squad includes notable players such as Rodrygo, Bruno Guimarães, and Alisson, among others, as they prepare for the World Cup.
