Access Bank PLC Rewards Customers with N6.62 Billion in Shares Through DiamondXtra Scheme

Access Bank PLC distributed N6.62 billion worth of shares to customers through its DiamondXtra reward scheme, with businessman Edwin Oraka winning the star prize of a salary for life. The bank's commitment to rewarding customer loyalty and promoting financial inclusivity was highlighted by Chika Ochuwa, the regional manager.

The scheme, monitored by regulatory bodies including the FCCPC, aims to encourage a savings culture and reward loyal customers. Olubunmi Otti from the FCCPC commended the initiative for fulfilling consumer protection standards.

The scheme, launched in 2008, has seen significant growth in customer deposits and remains a trusted reward program in Nigeria.
