Titan Trust Bank Updates Social Media After Union Bank Merger

Titan Trust Bank Limited, formerly Union Bank, updated its social media accounts following the merger approval by the Central Bank of Nigeria. The bank assured customers of unchanged services and a seamless transition to digital banking.

With 293 service centers, 937 ATMs, and eight million customers nationwide, the merger process began in 2021 when Titan Trust acquired a stake in Union Bank. The move came after leaked reports alleged involvement of an associate of former CBN Governor Godwin Emefiele in Titan Trust's creation.

The bank's marketing head, Olufunmilola Aluko, emphasized continuity under the new brand.
