Nigerian Chef Hilda Baci Aims for World's Largest Jollof Rice Pot

Renowned Nigerian chef and former Guinness World Record holder, Hilda Baci, is set to attempt a new culinary feat by preparing the world's largest pot of Jollof rice. Baci announced her ambitious plan through a viral Instagram video, revealing that the cooking endeavor is scheduled for September 12, 2025.

The project involves cooking 250 bags of basmati rice in a specially designed pot with a capacity of liters, measuring six meters in width and meters in depth. The massive pot is expected to feed a large number of people, aiming to surpass the previous record set by Baci for the longest individual cooking marathon.
