Nigerian Stylist Sells Lagos Salon for N25 Million Amid Visa Crisis

A Nigerian hairstylist, known on TikTok as @angeldmariahbeautysalon, has gained attention for her emotional video revealing that her British visa will expire in nine days. To fund her stay in the UK, she is selling her beauty salon located in Lagos for N25 million.

The salon features ten active workstations, including spaces for hair stylists, barbers, a pedicurist, a nail technician, a makeup artist, and a lash technician. She explained that changes in UK immigration rules have made her ineligible for the visa extension she was counting on, stating, "I only needed extra three to six months to get myself together." Despite the urgency of her situation, she affirmed her commitment to staying in the UK, saying, "This is now my home." She expressed gratitude to supporters who contributed to her GoFundMe campaign and urged them to book appointments at her UK salon, emphasizing that her priority remains her business.
