Kwankwaso Criticizes Politicians Fleeing to Abuja, Urges Action on Poverty and Insecurity

Former Kano Governor, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, slammed politicians who fled to Abuja, leaving ordinary Nigerians to suffer. Speaking in Kano during his 69th birthday event, Kwankwaso criticized the luxurious lifestyles of lawmakers, senators, and ministers while poverty and insecurity plague communities across states like Sokoto, Zamfara, and others.

He urged leaders to prioritize the welfare of the poor, youth education, and security, emphasizing the need for urgent action. Kwankwaso also expressed NNPP's readiness to work with various parties ahead of the 2027 elections, including APC, PDP, and ADC.
