NILDS Plans National Summit on Elite Consensus for Nigeria's Development

The National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS) in Nigeria, led by Director-General Prof. Abubakar Sulaiman, will organize a national summit on elite consensus in early 2026.

The summit aims to facilitate dialogue among influential stakeholders to address critical reform needs for the nation's development. This initiative is part of NILDS' mandate for research and capacity building towards national development.

Prof. Sulaiman highlighted the importance of sacrifices and stakeholder support for sustaining the project's momentum.
