NIPCO Saves N44.4M Annually with JMG's Solar Power System

NIPCO has achieved significant cost savings of N44.4 million annually by adopting JMG's advanced hybrid solar power system in three of its stations in Gwagwalada, Lekki, and Mpape. The project, completed in May-June 2025, combines solar arrays, lithium battery storage, and smart inverters to provide 24/7 clean energy, eliminating diesel reliance.

This initiative not only saves costs but also reduces CO2 emissions by 43.8 tons per year, showcasing a shift towards sustainable and resilient energy solutions in the fuel retail sector.
