Nnaji Denies Political Involvement, Focuses on Power Supply

Bart Nnaji, a former Minister of Power and Science and Technology, issued a statement denying claims of his involvement in partisan politics, labeling such reports as baseless. He clarified that he is not a registered member of any political party and has no intention of joining one.

Nnaji emphasized his commitment to enhancing power supply across Nigeria, particularly in the Southeast geopolitical zone, and stated that he does not require the Federal Government's coercion to develop infrastructure. He highlighted his pride in the power supply provided by Aba Power and Geometric Power, which serves nine local government areas in Abia State.

Nnaji's statement also addressed the media's portrayal of his political affiliations, asserting that he remains open to fair and balanced reporting. He has served Nigeria at the federal level twice and continues to seek partnerships to advance power projects in the country.
