NNPP Chieftain Greets Onipokia of Ipokia ahead of Coronation Anniversary

NNPP chieftain, Damilare Abioro, extended greetings to the Onipokia of Ipokia ahead of his Fifth Coronation anniversary and 55th birthday celebration. The weeklong event, scheduled for September 5, 2025, will include various activities to mark the occasion.

Abioro praised the Onipokia as a visionary leader whose dedication to the welfare of his people has had a lasting impact on present and future generations. The celebration aims to honor the monarch's charismatic and enigmatic leadership, as well as his contributions to the development of the Ipokia kingdom.

The event will also feature performances by popular Fuji maestro King Wasiu Ayinde, adding a cultural touch to the festivities. Abioro, a senatorial aspirant for NNPP in the 2023 general election, highlighted the importance of the event in the context of political realignments ahead of the 2027 general election.
