NNPP Clarifies Stance Amid Kwankwaso's Reported Move to APC and Tinubu Adoption

The National Chairman of NNPP, Agbo Major, clarified the party's stance on aligning with APC and adopting Bola Tinubu as the 2027 presidential candidate. This clarification comes in the wake of reports suggesting that former NNPP member and 2023 presidential candidate, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has leaned towards APC.

Major emphasized that no decision has been made to align with APC or endorse any candidate. The political landscape in Kano State is further complicated by the potential defection of Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf to APC, amidst tensions with Kwankwaso's influence.
