Madam Saje Mediates Peace Between Funke Akindele, Toyin Abraham

Veteran Nollywood actress Fausat Balogun, known as Madam Saje, has played a pivotal role in resolving the ongoing rift between her colleagues Funke Akindele and Toyin Abraham. This reconciliation follows a viral video where Funke Akindele appeared to snub Toyin Abraham at a movie premiere, which sparked controversy among fans and the general public.

In a video shared on Instagram, Madam Saje addressed the situation, urging both actresses to settle their differences privately and avoid public disputes. She emphasized the importance of peace within the industry.

Iyabo Ojo, another Nollywood actress, also commented on the situation, stating that there is enough space for everyone in the industry and that she would no longer intervene in the matter. The conflict reportedly began in December when Toyin accused cinema personnel of sabotaging her fans, indirectly pointing fingers at Funke Akindele.

Both actresses have now committed to making peace when they are ready.
