Nook International Fashion Weekend Announces 2027 Edition

The Nook International Fashion Weekend (NIFW) successfully concluded its 5th edition in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, marking a significant milestone in the Nigerian fashion scene. During this event, two new faces, Uranta Godswil and Peac Lover Thompson, were unveiled as part of the initiative to grow creative vision and support individuals who believe in the transformative power of fashion.

NIFW has established itself as a premier platform for emerging and established designers, focusing on storytelling through craft and fabric. The event also honored participants with a ₦3,000,000 investment aimed at empowering young people to navigate the fashion industry.

Looking ahead, NIFW is already preparing for its 6th edition scheduled for February 2027, which will once again bring together its signature model summit and design summit series, emphasizing the importance of equipping models with essential skills for their careers.
