Kano Pillars and Plateau United Secure Key NPFL Wins

In the latest round of the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL), Kano Pillars achieved a significant 3-0 victory against El-Kanemi Warriors. Rabu Ali, the captain of Kano Pillars, opened the scoring in the 13th minute, marking his seventh goal of the season.

Dadong doubled the lead just before halftime with a header, and Chidozi Okori added a third goal in the 52nd minute, securing three points for Kano Pillars, who now have 32 points from 27 matches and are moving away from relegation threats. In another match, Plateau United defeated Shooting Stars 4-1 despite initially trailing.

Plateau United scored twice in quick succession to seal their victory. Other results included Ikorodu City drawing 1-1 with Bayelsa United and Rivers United drawing 1-1 with Enyimba.

Remo Stars fell to the bottom of the table after a 2-1 defeat to Wiki Tourist.
