NSCDC Assures Maximum Security for Anambra Election

The Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has pledged robust security arrangements for the upcoming Anambra Governorship Election, ensuring the protection of critical infrastructure. The NSCDC spokesperson, Philip Ayuba, highlighted the importance of professionalism, neutrality, and respect for human rights during the electoral process.

The agency will collaborate with other security forces and election stakeholders to ensure a smooth and transparent voting process in Anambra State. INEC has reported over 2.7 million registered voters for the election.
