FC Robo Queens Upset Nasarawa Amazons 2-0 in Playoff

FC Robo Queens recorded their first victory in the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Super Six playoff by defeating Nasarawa Amazons 2-0 on Wednesday in Port Harcourt. This win comes after FC Robo Queens had lost their opening two fixtures against River Angels and Edo Queens.

Falconet striker Opeyemi Ajayi opened the scoring for FC Robo Queens on the hour mark. Following this, Kemi Adegbuyi added a second goal, securing the win for FC Robo Queens.

Despite the loss, Nasarawa Amazons, coached by Clement Osahon, remain in second position in the playoff standings, while FC Robo Queens are at the bottom of the log. This match marks the first defeat for Nasarawa Amazons in the ongoing NWFL Super Six playoff.
