Oando PLC 2025 Audited Financial Statements Update

Oando PLC has filed an update informing shareholders that its Board of Directors has approved the 2025 Audited Financial Statements and submitted them to the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria for regulatory review. The company expects to publish the audited accounts on or before June 12, 2026, followed by its Q1 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements by June 30, 2026.
