Barack and Michelle Obama celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary on October 3, 2026. Barack Obama shared a heartfelt message on social media, posting a photo of the couple and stating, “Happy anniversary, @MichelleObama!

I’m still the luckiest guy in the world to be with you.” Michelle Obama also commemorated the occasion by posting a compilation of photos and videos that showcased their relationship, including moments from their wedding in 1992, their time in the White House, and more recent memories. She expressed her love by stating, “Loving you just keeps getting better and better!” and wished Barack “many, many more years of joy, laughter, and memories to come.” The couple married in Chicago on October 3, 1992, after meeting in 1989 while working together at the law firm Sidley Austin.
