Court Evicts Obi Cubana's Club Owner in Abuja Property Dispute

The legal battle over a property in Abuja, formerly housing Obi Cubana's club, escalated as a court sheriff executed an eviction order against Collin Onwuzulik, who claimed ownership. The property on Ademola Adetokunbo Crescent in Wuse II was at the center of a dispute involving Obinna Iyiegbu's company and Onwuzulik.

Despite prior attempts to possess the property, the court ruled in favor of Onwuzulik's company, Semc Invest Ltd, leading to the recent eviction order.
