INEC Clears ADC Defection Path After Administrative Error Resolved

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has given the green light to the African Democratic Congress (ADC) following talks with Senator David and the Interim National Working Committee (NWC). INEC clarified an administrative error that created the impression of bias against the party.

The former executive led by Ralph Nwosu resigned, leading to the formation of a new executive. INEC ratified the appointment of 62 new national officers for the ADC, resolving the procedural error.
