Oby Ezekwesili Wins International Anti-Corruption Award

Oby Ezekwesili, a former Nigerian minister and renowned anti-corruption advocate, has been chosen as a joint winner of the 2025 International Anti-Corruption Excellence Award in the category of Lifetime Outstanding Achievement. Dr.

Ali Bin Fetai Al Marri, serving as the chairman of the high-level award committee, conveyed the official notification to Dr. Ezekwesili.

She is recognized for her leadership and integrity in promoting transparency and economic reform. Dr.

Ezekwesili's extensive experience includes serving as a minister in Nigeria and holding positions at the World Bank and Transparency International. The award ceremony is set to take place on December 14, 2025, in Doha, Qatar.
