Elliot Anderson Joins Manchester City for Record £116M

Elliot Anderson has officially transferred from Nottingham Forest to Manchester City for a record fee of £116 million, with sources indicating that the total deal could reach £130 million. This transfer fee establishes a new British record, surpassing the £125 million paid for striker Alexander Isak last summer.

Nottingham Forest reportedly held out for a higher fee, rejecting two previous offers from Manchester City before agreeing to the third bid. The deal does not include any bonuses.
