Ogun State Inaugurates Health Task Force for Sustainable Healthcare

The Ogun State government has established a health systems sustainability task force in partnership with the Clinton Health Access Initiative to enhance healthcare services and promote government ownership. Dr.

Tomi Coker chairs the task force, aiming to address system bottlenecks in service delivery, workforce health, financing, data management, and health security. The task force will report periodically to the governor and engage with the federal Ministry of Health to align state actions with national priorities, emphasizing the commitment to building resilient healthcare systems in Ogun State.
