Edo State Enhances Road Maintenance Under Governor Okpebholo

The Edo State government, led by Governor Mondai Okpebholo, is taking significant steps to restore public confidence in the state's road network. The newly established Edo State Road Maintenance Agency is designed to enhance rapid response measures for road maintenance, addressing issues such as potholes and drainage failures. The agency plans to procure necessary equipment, including graders and asphalt mixers, to ensure effective operations.

Governor Okpebholo has assured steady funding for the agency, which is expected to utilize the dry season of 2026 for extensive repairs.
