Olaide Adesina Wins Three Crowns Mum of the Year 2026

Olaide Adesina won the Three Crowns Mum of the Year 2026 competition, organized by Three Crowns Milk, a brand of FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria Plc. The grand finale took place on July 19 at the Classique Event Centre in Oregun, Lagos.

This year marked the eighth edition of the competition, which aims to celebrate mothers and their contributions to family and society. Adesina was selected after a rigorous process, with Omotola Ade-Onojobi and Hajara Omoniyi as first and second runners-up, respectively.

The top three winners received an all-expenses-paid trip to Zanzibar, a one-year supply of Three Crowns Milk products, and shopping vouchers. Other finalists received double-door refrigerators, milk products, and a cash prize of N500,000 each.

The event featured a theatre-style production showcasing the finalists' stories and was hosted by Bukunmi Adeaga-Ilori. The competition attracted over 150,000 entries, with six finalists evaluated by a panel of judges on various criteria.

Marketing Director Maureen Ifada emphasized the initiative's commitment to supporting Nigerian mothers.
