Oliseh Urges Osimhen and Lookman to Lead Nigeria's Revival

Sunday Oliseh, a former Super Eagles manager, has challenged Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman to help end Nigeria's trophy drought. Speaking on the Global Football Insight podcast, Oliseh emphasized the importance of the duo's exceptional club performances, particularly in the UEFA Champions League, as a catalyst for the national team.

Osimhen has been in devastating form with Galatasaray, scoring 17 goals in 25 games and leading the tournament with 21 shots, while Lookman has made an impact at Atletico Madrid, contributing three goals and four assists since his January transfer. Oliseh noted that individual brilliance is no longer sufficient for the Super Eagles to win trophies, highlighting the need for collective effort.
