Olubadan Pledges Unity and Growth for Ibadan Residents in Thanksgiving Service

Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba Ladoja, pledged to reign for the growth and unity of all Ibadan residents during a thanksgiving service at the Church of Ascension in Bodija. The monarch emphasized that progress in Ibadan would be a collective achievement.

Oba Ladoja, the 44th Olubadan, was recently presented with the staff of office by Governor Seyi Makinde. The ceremony was attended by dignitaries including President Bola Tinubu.

The Archbishop of the Catholic Archdiocese of Ibadan described the monarch's enthronement as an act of divine providence, emphasizing the importance of wisdom and compassion in his rule.
