Oluremi Tinubu empowers 500 women with economic tools in Ondo

Oluremi Tinubu recently empowered 500 women in Ondo State with economic tools to enhance grassroots economic independence through the Renewed Hope Initiative Support Scheme. The initiative, in partnership with the Tony Elumelu Foundation, aims to strengthen the businesses of women in the state.

The distributed items include deep freezers, cooking gas ovens, generators, and grinding machines. This program is designed to go beyond just providing tools and grants; it seeks to empower women towards financial independence, ultimately benefiting families and communities.

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Sustainable Development Goals, Mrs. Adejoke Adefulure, emphasized the importance of economically empowering women across the country to reduce poverty and contribute to national growth.

The initiative was lauded for its visionary leadership and dedication to improving the lives of women in Nigeria.
